Fay 身為女人經歷過懷孕、開刀分娩以及產後身心上種種的不適,透過瑜伽安撫自己的情緒,深深體會到媽媽角色的轉變和難處。產後至今已教授超過200位孕媽媽和產後媽媽,課堂上不但幫助媽媽舒緩身心不適和化解不安情緒,課後亦繼續與各位媽媽保持聯繫,大家能互相支持和鼓勵,繼續分享在媽媽路程上的一點一滴。
在2017年第一次接觸瑜伽,曾經經歷過嚴重腰傷、膝蓋移位、拉傷頸和大腿肌肉等等,針灸拔罐跌打中醫等治療都試過,回復身體狀態後,透過瑜伽療癒身心,放下比較的心態,聆聽和感受自己的身體變化。
由2021年開始成為一名全職瑜伽導師,Fay未必是一位所有瑜伽式子都能做到或很強的老師;未必是一位不斷幫學生強行做到動作並打卡的老師;亦未必是一位精通所有瑜伽類型的老師;卻是一位勤力、關懷和好奇心強的老師,希望能把自己的經驗帶給學生,學過的東西能夠實踐,希望每一位學生都能改善身心靈健康。

Serena是個二寶媽,並考獲孕婦瑜珈導師導師證書。經歷過兩次懷孕,剖腹產和順產,深感明白媽媽懷孕時身心靈的變化,相信可以透過瑜伽,有效解決到媽媽懷孕時及產後的疑難,幫助媽媽改善孕期不適,拾回健康體魄,分享新生命帶來的快樂。
第一次接觸孕婦瑜珈是在2018年懷了姐姐時,身體明顯比懷孕前虛弱,精神亦比較差,看著體型上的變化,同時十分擔心自己身體狀況會否影響BB,處於一個迷茫狀態,好希望可以有產前的活力。為了自己和BB健康著想,開始接觸孕婦瑜珈,對懷孕的身體有更大認識,孕期不適亦有所改善,更能享受BB同媽媽的聯系。懷二胎的時後,瑜珈帶來的力量更深更顯著,希望可以將孕婦瑜珈的力量傳給各位媽媽,分擔媽媽的辛酸。
一系列的產前產後瑜伽都是透過經驗精心設計,希望媽媽可以更了解自己的身體及荷爾蒙變化,作出適當的訓練,以呼吸訓練,加強血液循環,肌肉的控制為主,為媽媽減輕身體不適,舒緩緊張和焦慮情緒,為產後修復作準備。同時有為自然分娩而設的課堂,學習減痛技巧,Couple Prenatal Yoga 令準爸爸亦能參與期中,在家中或準備生產時輔助媽媽放鬆身體及情緒,Baby Yoga從小培養親密關習及產後瑜伽幫助身體復原。

I was a professional swimmer for over a decade since secondary school. After retiring from the Hong Kong National Swimming Team, I was fascinated by the strength, gracefulness and power of pole dancing where I commenced my pole journey in 2015. In conjunction with my new found love, I also started practicing yoga to improve my flexibility and to prevent further injuries as I sustained an unfortunate injury in the middle of my back. Since then, yoga helped plant a seed in my heart, driving me to become a yoga practitioner. Through regular practice and proper guidance in alignment, my back was finally healed and so yoga has now also become a part of my life.
In 2017, I went on to become a pole dancing teacher and began competing in local and international competitions. -

「瑜伽是場自我體悟的旅程,通過自我,活出真我。」 Patsy自2018年開始恆常的瑜伽練習,由一開始看待瑜伽為對改善身體狀態的運動,慢慢更加看到其對心靈上的正向改變,正是體現瑜伽自我覺察、發現及內觀修心的一面。Patsy的課堂著重呼吸融合式子,結合力量和伸展,學生可以期待在舒心的練習中找到身心及生活中的平衡和活力。

Julie是一名時裝模特兒、英文老師和普拉提導師。從中學開始,Julie就一直熱愛打排球,大學時期開始進行負重訓練,致力鍛煉健康的身體。不過,Julie因不喜歡做拉筋運動,導致肌肉不平衡和出現疼痛。幾年前有外國模特兒公司要求Julie改善這個問題,因此經理人推薦了普拉提健身。
通過多次的訓練和學習,Julie決定報考普拉提教練課程,成為一名導師。希望能夠向學生們傳授普拉提的知識,幫助他們以健康的運動方式,同時增強肌肉力量和身體柔韌性,達到身心健康的目標。

I’ve discovered yoga in 2016 while studying in the UK, where it helped me overcome insomnia and anxiety. Since returning to Hong Kong in 2019, i have deepened my practice, finding bliss in the shared energy of group practice. I have also trained in various dances since I was three years old, such as ballet, traditional Chinese dance, etc.
I believe practising yoga is the training of one’s heart, allowing you to know your body better through each practice, place your focus back onto yourself only and stop comparing yourself to others. I genuinely believe this would help my students find peace amidst a hectic city lifestyle. My goal is to spread awareness of the benefits of yoga and how it can improve health problems and any stress that one might encounter daily.
In my lessons, my students will be taught more about their bodies and breathing techniques; I hope to create a learning environment that is relaxing and safe for all to enjoy, find peace & happiness and bring balance to their lives.

Pauline 老師是一位幼稚園老師,亦是一位瑜伽老師。於幼稚園行業已有8年教學經驗,曾接觸不同年齡的小朋友和特殊需要的小朋友。自接觸瑜伽後便愛上瑜伽,並希望將瑜伽帶給小朋友,發現小朋友可以透過「玩」去學習瑜伽。近年致力在全港不同學校推行兒童瑜伽興趣班和親子瑜伽活動。

Fay導師的孕婦瑜伽課堂節奏明快,着重力量和伸展的平衡,孕前中後期的感受和身體狀況都有不同,所需要的鍛鍊強度未必一樣,但共同之處是一樣需要鍛鍊肌力和有限度伸展,同時學習呼吸技巧,希望孕媽媽在整個孕期都能活動自如,為產後照顧寶寶做好準備。
