這不是一般的親子班,而是專為產後媽媽設計的「產後修復系列」。這50分鐘課堂讓妳帶著2至8個月的寶寶一起上課,在修復身心的同時,與寶寶建立更深的連結。課堂針對產後盆骨收緊、腹直肌修復及肩頸放鬆。寶寶會留在墊上探索,或與媽咪一起完成動作,增加練習趣味。

Part of our Postnatal Yoga Series, this class is designed specifically for mothers focusing on recovery, with the delightful company of their little ones.

Unlike traditional family yoga, the primary focus here is Moms' well-being and postnatal healing. It’s the perfect space to regain strength while bonding with your baby (2-8M) in a supportive environment.
