2小時工作坊不單止是為了解鎖順產,更重要是手把手教妳哋如何利用呢個球,解鎖不同體位 (Postures) 嘅增強肌力、深層拉筋與全方位舒緩!不論妳計劃順產定剖腹產,全孕期都適用!
✨ 2 小時工作坊,我哋會一齊解鎖:
1️⃣ 多體位鍛鍊 (Strength):由淺入深,教妳哋如何安全地喺球上進行跪姿、趴姿、側弓步等不同姿勢,激活核心與雙腿力量,承托孕晚期嘅沉重感。
2️⃣ 伴侶深層舒緩 (Relief):教爸爸如何變身「最強承托支架」,喺屋企安全地幫媽媽穩固波波球,透過雙人借力進行深層拉筋,釋放恥骨與腰背壓力。
3️⃣ 產前身心準備 (Birth Prep):利用波波球嘅律動,放鬆骨盆底肌,等妳哋兩位一齊以最安心、放鬆嘅步伐迎接新生命。
